Check in/out time

Check in/out time is from 2:00 p.m. till 11:00 a.m. You should ask for a late checkout at the reception by 10:00 a.m. on the day you depart. The request for a late checkout is granted based on our best judgement.

Children policy

Children under 6 years of age will be accommodated free of charge if sharing a bed with their parents. Children above 13 will be charged the full adult rate.

Pet policy

Pets up to 4-5 kg are accepted for an additional fee of 75 PLN per night.

Cancellation Policy:

A 30% prepayment is required to confirm the reservation, payable via the online payment system. In case of cancellation or no-show on the arrival date, the prepayment is non-refundable.
